The 52 Multiple Formula is a simple yet highly effective way to dramatically improve any area of your life, including your personal health and fitness.
Here’s how this formula works. There are 52 weeks in a calendar year. Each week, try to come up with a way to improve
yourself. Ideally, you
would want to write it down in a journal or just a sheet of paper. That way, you can have a record or a simple list of your improvement areas. Click here

This formula works for any area of your life. You could work on improving your health and fitness regimen, your line of work, your personal habits – whatever your goal is. Now imagine you found one new way to improve yourself each week. Do that every week of the year, and you would have found 52 ways to improve.
Do you think if you implemented 52 new ways to improve yourself (just 1 new idea to improve yourself each week) in any area of your life it would make a difference? You bet it would. It would so revolutionize your life, people would be astonished at the changes in you. If you implemented 52 new ways to improve yourself in a year’s time, you would be a radically different person a year from now.
As an example of how this works, let’s apply the 52 Multiple Formula to health and fitness. Suppose you had come up with just one idea per week on how to improve your personal health and fitness regimen. Each week, you sat down and listed one improvement you could make in your diet, your fitness routine, or your lifestyle to become healthier.
Example:
Week 1: I will begin a serious program to stop smoking.
Week 2: I will be begin to walk 1 mile per day.

Those changes alone would drastically improve your health. And that is just one month – four ideas. Now, can you imagine implementing 48 more ideas such as those in the example to improve yourself in the area of health and fitness over the course of a year? Can you imagine the incredible impact that would have on your life?
You would be a completely different person in one year’s time. In fact, the transformation you would see in yourself would happen in MUCH less time than one year. You would see dramatic results in 90 days or less.
So why do we call it the 52 Multiple Formula? Because if you came up with one idea per week on how to improve yourself (52 ideas per year) and implemented those ideas into your lifestyle, each improvement would have a synergistic impact on you, and the positive changes would multiply and compound in your favor.
So what is stopping you from doing this? Only yourself. You see, you can do it if you really want to badly enough. Imagine if someone paid you $1,000 for each idea that you came up with each week to improve yourself over the course of a year. Well, your health is more important than having that extra $52,000 in your bank account. Ask any millionaire who has lost his or her health. They would tell you they would give up their money to get their health back. There are plenty of millionaires who die early because of a health problem. Or who just live in poor health despite their financial wealth.
