Exercise is a lot cheaper than high blood pressure medication, anti-depressants, anti-anxiety medications, and other such drugs. While these drugs may be necessary for some, a regular exercise program will only help those who suffer from such medical conditions even more.

One the most amazing recent findings is how exercise can even help those with addictions. Exercise can help with nicotine addictions, alcohol addictions, and other drug addictions.
