• Eating more than one-third of your meals in restaurants increases your obesity risk by 69 percent.

• Eating breakfast away from home increases your risk of obesity by 137 percent.

• Not eating breakfast increases your risk of obesity by 450 percent.

The final one is a real shocker and it reinforces the importance of eating a healthy breakfast.
