2. Get plenty of sleep and plenty of rest. Growth hormone
is released during deep sleep cycles, which helps grow your muscles. Your muscles grow on your resting days, not the days when you are working out. Get adequate rest.

4. Eat enough quality foods – we recommend 5 small meals
spread out throughout the day. Make sure each meal has good protein, carbs, and fruits or vegetables.
5. Make sure you are taking in enough protein. This is critical.
