As a teenager and in my early 20s, I went from being shy and pudgy to skinny and lacking confidence. By the time I was 25-years-old, I reached a point where I was so desperate to improve my physique and my outlook on life, I tried almost everything. I read

I read tons of self-help books, listened to CD programs, and attended seminars.

Unfortunately, hardly any of it worked very well for me. I was extremely frustrated. I was beginning to think my life would never change.
Over the next few years, I went over everything I learned, experimented and tweaked a lot of techniques and routines. I pieced together some things that worked for me and
discarded the myriad of experiments, useless information, and fitness programs that didn't. I developed and refined my own system...and I finally got some big breakthroughs.
I experienced a life-changing set of transformations...things that I could not have imagined.
First, I developed some mental toughness that I never had using some mental techniques I discovered. My motivational level and self-disciplined soured. I went
from being a couch potato to a warrior...from being an undisciplined slug to someone with a trojan-like mindset.
I later experienced an extreme transformation in my body. I had rapid fat loss and muscle gain. People who knew me who hadn't seen my in a few months were stunned by the transformation. My body
changed so fast, people thought I was on something. I was suddenly accused by many of taking an illegal performance enhancement drug of some sort. All I could do was take such "insults" as a compliment.
After all, what they were really saying was that the transformation in me was so remarkable, it could not have been natural. I chalked it up jealousy. And jealousy, as they say, is the biggest compliment.
